We were recommended this restaurant by one of the locals and it did not disappoint! Our waitress was very friendly and answered the many questions we had with knowledge and patience. The food came quickly after we ordered and tasted great! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who happens to be in the area.
We have already gone here 2 times and the food is always great. They’re very attentive and friendly. Menudo is one of the best I have tried, very flavorful. Both corn and flour tortillas are handmade. We love this place and will keep con coming. 10/10
This is a mom & pop restaurant and you get treated on a first name basis. Food is very home like and delicious, not to mention fresh! Wait staff is attentive and constantly asking if you need anything. I give it a 5 star rating for good food and service!
Was told by someone that this place served a great breakfast. Traveled from McAllen to La Feria, Texas to try it. The staff greeted us with a genuine smile and were very welcoming. The menu was a bit pricey but the food and genuine customer service made it worth the price and the trip from McAllen. We will be back in the future.
This Restaurant is super good! If you not tried it, you’re missing out. The breakfast tacos are bigger than you think so order one at a time!
Had mollejas and tripas plate...delicious!. Quesadilla plate was the best. My visits there have never disappointed me. Staff is very friendly.
We were impressed with everything that we ordered. I had the relleno plate and my husband had the enchiladas. Large portions. In fact, we brought half home. The Chili Relleno is huge. I really like the rice that is not so red. On top of all of that, the price was so reasonable! Someone did a wonderful job with Christmas scenes on the outside windows. My husband said he didn’t think much of the place seeing the outside, but I told him that a lot of Home owned places have great food. Just showed him that you cannot tell a book by its cover. It was just excellent!
The best biscuits - sausage and gravy breakfast ever and I am from Houston & tried that meal in so many country restaurants but this place has the best .please swing by and try them you will not regret it , well worth the drive when I come to the Valley .Also for the barbacoa big tacos super delicious .
